Hmmm let's see the facts:
1. Plants are in the ground on two acres on Pomo lands
2. Another 96 acres are still allocated for cultivation
3. There are two other locations in California still in works (under same Foxbery, Pomo Indian, and CNAB agreement)
4. Pomo Indians are on sovereign land, in a state where it is legal. Local government does not have jurisdiction
5. The attempts at character assassination and HUGE assumptions about Blackmon, Ruby, Veruza, Bratnin, Foxbery, and CNAB are simply not reality.
6. Some will still try to continue these assumptions and everyone should do DD other then simply what people post.
7. As this agreement continues to grow- the CNAB management will be considered UNDER PAID.
