I have a few observations and two predictions.
Ob1) The default judgement in favor of Annon will likely be vacated due to mitigating circumstances beyond BION's control and influence.
Ob2) Annon, like all other creditors (if they have a valid claim,) will be paid out of pending mezzanine financing. This new financing will be available when BION's bond sale is processed by Stifel.
Ob3) All of the people who count, are sticking by Carlos and the Board. All of the doom and gloom is being produced by an anonymous person who openly admits that he/she is in communication with Annon and is attempting to coerce Carlos out of office.
Prediction1) When the smoke clears, BION will survive these trying times and proceed with the construction of the first plant... with Carlos leading the way.
Prediction2) Federal charges will be filed against a small group who have documented (on this message board) their criminal intent to extort funds and favorable decisions from Carlos and BION... and, if they are major stockholders, they may face SEC charges as well.
