Wouldn't that make the O/S only 3 million shares? That would be the lowest float in the whole penny land. Sounds crazy, but I have seen a lot of crazy stuff playing the pennies. I think they will just raise the A/S when It comes time. I don't see an R/S till they get some momentum going to catch the falling PPS that will happen right afterwards. They will need something real good happing before they do it to try to hold it up.
