Those shares are given to people who did consulting as a compensation not really working for the DRGV.

That's why it mention that in the 10Q.

It doesn't mention how many shares own by high rank officers in DRGV and also the shareholders.

You have to understand, base on the 10Q. Those high rank officers in DRGV and also the shareholders own DRGV stock as a common stock.
