I have searched maricopa county assessors office and found both properties/owners. I also searched the Maricopa County Recorder webpage for JTB Real estate. You can find older documents between Dreem Green Inc.(current tenant at the dispensary) and the initial sale of the property from J AND M MANAGEMENT LLC to JTB Real Estate.

Neither listing offers any information that would help us determine if it has sold to MDCN (yet). I imagine we will get a PR of closing before all the official documents are posted/updated on Maricopa County recorders/tax office website.
