The property can be in escrow and still listed for sale. This particular property(67000 sq ft facility) is expected to close during the second quarter of 2015 and is not the one with the May 31st deadline. I believe we get a close sometime in June.

The dispensary location is stated below per 10K
"The Seller is the owner of fee simple title to an industrial building being approximately 7200 sq. ft. on approximately .83 acres of land in Phoenix, county of Maricopa in the State of Arizona, and having a civic address at 10040 N. Metro Parkway W., Phoenix, Arizona, 85051 and legally described as Lot 3, of METROCENTER TRACT 10, according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 797 Maps, page 15"
