You can sell even before funds settle. With my
broker, if you sell and buy with unsettled funds
and then sell again, you may or may not get a
warning but when you're dealing with several
thousands of dollars in one day, I would take
that chance. I'm sure the MMs are more than
glad to get the shares too!

I have done that a couple of times in the last
year and have not gotten any warnings. I don't
recommend it UNLESS YOU ARE IN DANGER OF
LOSING A TON OF PROFIT. Then AND ONLY
THEN would I take the chance and do it!
