Hello Everyone

First of all I am not for or against anyone on this site. I think most people on this board have one thing in common and that is obviously to see the company do well. However, apart from poor management the biggest problem is that they just do no have enough money. I don't understand all the animosity on this site toward Ron911. He is just stating some facts that if you actually do some research can be confirmed. Here is what in my opinion needs to be done.

1) Actually get the EPC completed but I doubt that will happen because they cannot raise any money. If they don't have money no one will do the work. Doesn't anyone actually question why if its one of the most important pieces that will propel this company to a higher valuation why hasn't it been completed? No cash and they can't raise enough.

2)Annon lawsuit. It is clear as day that a judgement will eventually come into Annons favour. It won't be a couple of weeks but it is definately heading in that direction. Here is an idea why not just settle the lawsuit by paying what is owed? It is not even disputed by the company. Again because they don't have any money. This in my opinion is the easiest problem to take care of but why would they if they know that they are not even close to finishing the EPC.

3)Management - Poor management from the beginning. Everyone involved had probably expected this company to be a lot further ahead and in a different situation that the one in currently finds itself in. Too many salaries to pay and not getting anything in return. The focus should always have been getting the engineering completed asap and the stock price would take care of itself. Regarding BK I haven't seen any evidence against him. He was charged but from what I understand it was dropped after a week so it couldn't be that serious. Seems like there was/is a power play going on at Bion between how things should be run. I don't know if Carlos is better or worse as a person but as CEO has not done enough. All information has been held from the shareholders and never any specifics.

If money doesn't come in now (Why would it with a lawsuit pending) or the EPC completed, I think that you can say good bye to Bion. I have no doubt that if this happens, it will be formed under a new company and new management. There are alot of great things with this company and technology that can be done. Just not in my opinion with the current situation that it finds itself in.
