The fact is all the equity of FXCM Holdings was rolled into Newco.

Holdings is described as FXCM Inc's only source of income.

Every time FXCM sells a revenue-producing asset, 90% of proceeds are contractually obligated to LUK.

FXCM is allowed to keep 10% at this level.

So when FXCM sold Rakuten, a lucrative market, for $36 million, they were allowed to keep $3.6 million.
