Only ignorant penny investors that can't comprehend how shorting and naked shorting actually works believe otherwise.

Possibly someone could educate me on how any form of shorting could exist on the OTC market. I'm pretty sure ALL forms of shorting are completely illegal on the OTC market.

(IMHO) Slap me upside my head with a stupid stick and call me clueless but I still suspect there's one hell of an illegal short position that will need to be resolved first.

I believe it's all 'in negotiation' these days to resolve it to SEC and hedge fund satisfaction.
