It has been suggested that FLPC is going to be "restructured" but one does have to wonder into what and from what??
Some suggest that there are posters here who unfairly berate what the BOD have done but it is irrefutable fact that they have raised millions of dollars and have nothing of value to show for it years down the line.
Absolutely no production from ANY of the supposedly wealthy assets, ownership of which is to say the least questionable.
The question is, do you really believe, given their track record here and at previous similar failed ventures, that these people will ever bring a return to the long suffering investors?
If you do, then the next obvious question is...how will it be funded from the current position of not having enough funds to even get the mandatory filings done? Then we have to ask why, given the time and money they have had, we would believe in them to perform some sort of miracle when they did nothing but lose money all this time?
History does tend to repeat itself and these guys have a well established track record.
Which answer makes more sense? It doesn't take an Einstein to work out what has been going on.
