So if Vringo prevails against Google then would they be readmitted into the Russell 2000 index? Would Google have to pay a penalty for the lack of support to Vringo's share price? Forcing Vringo to raise capital at 50 cents per share versus $3.00 per share? Are Vringo shareholders able to launch a class action suit against Google for their losses during the time frame the stock plunged?
