The TA IS NOT Restricted at all....I sent her several emails and phone calls asking as to why? she has not quoted the float? We all see it on our report? There is no secret. Its still 62 mil. Also, there'e no need for shares buy back, because we are holding over 1 billion in certificate form already? There's really nothing to trade....The float is so small.....
