Yes they did. Easy 5 bagger with the audit, JV news and much more. Float remains at much less than 70 million shares. Good distribution now.

2015 will be a tremendous year for BAYP and all its shareholders.
.02 before end of June. The audit will answer many questions. The FINRA filing and attorney letter was just to remain Current Pink status until the audit with reserve report are finished.
