wilma: Everybody knows, a court "doc" (case filed against somebody, in this instance) is pure conjecture until anything in it is proven in court. Well, everybody but one.

So, when you state that, "IMO" would be the appropriate phrase to type after stating that opinion.

It's not an IPO until an S1 is filed. Just like it's not a RM until the Form 10 is filed.

We'll just have to wait to see which it's gonna be.

If it's one, everybody has equal chance to make little. If it's the other, the chance to profit from possible life-changing gains will have passed if one chose against taking the slightest risk vs. the tremendous reward.
