I am still waiting on the name and report from the shareholder's expert. It seems if there is such a expert and a report, someone would be wanting to share the valuable information the expert shared to rebut the $800K in damages the company is claiming. Who is this expert people keep talking about and where is the expert report?

Speaking of expert reports, why has no one posted the company's expert report? Isn't anyone interested in how the Company's expert concluded that there were over $800,000 in damages suffered by the Company? The original defendant in the Exobox Technologies Corp. v. Zachary Tsambis case filed in federal court certainly has a copy of it.

Interestingly, it seems no one is discussing the most recent order by the State Court that all Plaintiffs are required to post a $500 bond by June 4, 2015. Did everyone miss it? It was ordered at the hearing on May 7, 2015. Ironically a hearing is scheduled that same day for the posting of another bond by Plaintiffs for the new claims in the Amended Complaint. June 4 will be an interesting day for sure.

There is a lot of talk about the PMK deposition. Is it scheduled? When is it?
