Update! tmm ordered to sue HP!!!

As expected the judge ORDERED tmm to sue HP this morning! Looks like they've got ten days!

- The Court having reviewed the Motion to File third Amended Complaint and the related briefing and being fully informed, GRANTS THE MOTION IN PART. HP may be added but only as a nominal Defendant. Upon filing the amendment, Plaintiffs may serve HP in conformance with NRCP 4. Counsel for Plaintiff is directed to submit a proposed order consistent with the foregoing within ten (10) days and distribute a filed copy to all parties involved in this matter. Such order should set forth a synopsis of the supporting reasons proffered to the Court in briefing. Mr. Lee is to be notified by way of minute order to prepare the order and notify the appropriate parties. CLERK'S NOTE: A copy of the above minute order was distributed to parties via Wiznet.
