Hey Value, do you read the statement?: "In anticipation of the implementation of our financial consolidation and expansion plan, a 100-to-1 reverse split was done in late December, 2014." This mean - No more R/S. They want The PPS of $20.00 and more! No more dilution! With that share structure this is the best company in Pinky's land and OTC. That is great!!
