In retrospect - Art Steinberg certainly did not do well in presenting expert testimony to support the LTW Holders' position and the letter of the Agreements - although I thought the written briefs were excellent.

And with at least 3 Senior Dime Executives available one has to wonder why and if there was a conflict of interest with him working for a Law Firm that had also represented JPM.

I will be checking for any Appeal by the US Justice Department.


I already have 23, 914 km on my vehicle in just 8 months. So far no problems and it has excellent gas mileage for the standard transmission. I am saving at least $ 5 a fill up in comparison with my last Hyundai automatic.
