For one, I am frustrated. But, I am glad they're not presenting without their ducks in line.

I appreciate that they're not blaming the weather, they very well could have.

However, this needs to be taken at face value - either they weren't able to get the necessary participants on the call at the right time, or a certain aspect of the deal has not been completed that would've brought value to this stock.
