I have all but given up.. I did get an email from Senior VP at Verizon and that is the ONLY thing holding me into my shares. I know Verizon would NOT do business with a shady company but come on Telefix has a website that has not been update in 3-5 years. I have not got to talk to 1 person on the phone.

HOW in the heck did Verizon contact them or telefix customers if I cant??
