If I read your post correctly, you're insinuating that FASC is a scam or at least that there's something strange about Brian Nichols' inconsistent behavior?

Perhaps that's partly explained by FASC's promiscuous use of IRPs when Cal Kantonen was still alive.

I gather that stopped when Cal died.

I bet IRPs such as TradingIsMyLife (I believe he has changed his alias now) had their noses put out of joint when that happened.
