What I am most surprised by (and actually extremely encouraged by) is the fact that we haven't seen a form 4 yet...which means that the "huge" run up to $17 was purely off retail.


You are confusing things here. A form 4 is an INSIDER purchase or sale, not a form that would tell you whether an insti has accumulated a 5% position by now. And that's what you meant I guess, looking for someone buying a 5% position he has to report. In that case you need to look for a SC 13G filing, not a form 4.
