DRGV$ Yes Buys. It wasn't underneath the bid, it was between the Bid and Ask. I have had this happen with TD Ameritrade lately. So, when the Bid is.0001 and the ASK is .0002 and you buy at .000197, you are this close to .0002. between the Bid and Ask. Seriously, do the math. Check IHUB trade function and you will see it more than you are aware. Also shows up on my trade history on TD Ameritrade. Started several months ago, as per the SEC.
