I've come to the conclusion that Tweety doesn't give a rat's azz about HPNN. I believe it is only one of many such pump and dump scams that he may be involved in. That's why this one can go dark for over a year, with some magical agreement or tweet to bring it back to a short spurt of life. Until the SEC gets serious about people like this, these boards will remain a place to just vent. And the longs on the board will continue to indulge in self-delusion. I think we need a concentrated complaint action about this CEO to the SEC. There is power in numbers.
