Either it breaks out and confirms the formation this week or next week at the latest. If not, then the formation failed. That is why posters have been saying this week this that and the other will occur. The breakout could go 1 more week but that would be it, its at the end of the apex. Like many, I would prefer tomorrow. The target is a minimum target.
