No, unprocessed hemp can't be imported into NC

It is illegal under the Controlled Substances Act of 1970 to transport unprocessed hemp, so in any state where growing is legal, the hemp has to be processed there.

North Carolina doesn't allow the farming of industrial hemp.

If you can't grow hemp in NC, and can't transport unprocessed hemp into the state, then HEMP's decorticator won't be able to process hemp.
