For those of you that like to assign valuations (10x revenue, etc.)...have fun with those numbers and the ADMD pps.

Valuations are usually based upon: years of business...any assets (cash, brick-&-mortar value(s), etc.)...intellectual property...debts...etc.

And that, at an 'average' of (1-3) years X revenue(s).
Business has to be proven...or @ the very least: a 'usable shell'.
