There is no understanding its price action until we pick up more volume and momentum! This is a buy and hold company if you want to make some real money. They did some equity financing in 2010 but nearly all of those warrants have been exercised. Here is a link:

There may be some series A shares too with higher warrant exercise prices (.30's?) but I could not find them on a quick google search.

Bottom line = no significant dilution!
