I hope it's nothing.

Another idea is that it might be a settlement paid to the plaintiffs in that lawsuit. I can't imagine that the plaintiffs would actually win anything since the judge threw out most of the case with prejudice. But, maybe it was cheaper for Geron to settle than to continue fighting.

But, I'm sure you're right. It's probably just something to do with Janssen and it's nothing to worry about.
