You know...this whole thing with pinkies and MM's...it's like being on "Deal or no Deal"? We all go through the agony of the ups and downs, make our picks and then periodically we have to turn to the Banker [MM] to find out what are they going to offer us now!

Howie on the other hand is like a Slinkie...doesn't really do much but if you push it down the stairs...you can't help but smile!

In our case [pardon the pun] if we hold the odds on our side of the equation [hold on to our shares] the offer goes up! If the Banker [MM] wants to offer us more...maybe we will think about it a bit closer. If he is doing his/her job and thinks that we will fold at any price he will lower his offer...if we fold the Banker [MM] wins. They get to play with another!
