No, it is my opinion they will not. I also believe the INgrooves "going public" rumor is merely a ploy. In addition, I noticed there was a discussion of SMCE going to the "big boards". That won't happen either imo, research the requirements. There's a reason they're a non-registrant and have been for almost a decade.
