Agreed, that's the point. Often ignored is the extreme risk of such a position here in the OTC with its many pump and dump schemes manipulated by Insiders, financiers, and their promoters in general. Penny stocks are easily manipulated upward making shorting quite risky. I wouldn't risk it even if there weren't such stringent financial requirements.

This is very clear - anyone can go read the Bi Monthly Short Interest report provided by FINRA that shows Short Interest is in fact INSIGNIFICANT on SMCE.

Being ignorant is not so much a
shame, as being unwilling to learn.
