14:56 ET Fed follow-up : The text surrounding the risk assessment largely repeats the May bias.  While the policy makers see the risks of growth roughly equal 'the probability, though minor, of an unwelcome and substantial fall in inflation exceeds that of a pickup in inflation'.  As noted, the first dissenting vote since September came from S.F. Fed president Parry in preference for a 50 bp ease.
