I would have to come up with $27,000 to double my stake in AURC at this price. I believe AURC is about to rebound and probably will not drop below .175 again. I'd rather be adding now than in a few weeks at .40 (makes sense, right?). Guess you could say I'm bullish on AURC. Didn't one PR say one of the properties held by AURC would be a cash cow for thirty years? Talk about a long term play!
