Money to grow the business?

How much money does HDSI say they need?

I can't see anyone buying/wanting more common shares. Even if someone bought all 10 billion common shares (once issued), the common shares still have no control over the company and no right to any profits. The Preferred B class would still have more votes than the common shares.
