Our company has been unsuccessful in its negotiations with Terry Johnson, CPA regarding the 2014 audit he was engaged to perform. we have initiated a complaint against Mr. Johnson. He has not returned any of his retainer and has not provided us with any assistance in any manner. For this reason, we believe it is unwise to comment any further on the status of our filings and appreciate the patience of shareholders while we continue strengthening our operations to better support our needs and being able to return to being current in our financial reporting. We cannot estimate with certainty the duration of what this process will be. Any inquiries being made to our company cannot be responded to any further than this and we appreciate our company's social media, dial in numbers and the like being limited to business matters as we cannot provide any individual any information of this type that has not been made widely available. This is our official statement on this matt.
