Preferred A share has a par value of 0.0001, not convertible, so the CEO has no common shares he owns or can sell and yes as super voting he can not be reversed, but the share has no value other than to control the company.

Sounds like this CEO is on the right path to success. A 1:7 R/Sis smart IMO to clean up what otherwise would have been a gray sheet company. I am holding my position as I like what I see so far.
