What? Does that hokey oven lease scheme count as "physical capital"? LOL

No, they don't have jack. The "company" hasn't sold anything meaningful for years. They have no money to buy fish to smoke, therefore, there is no production or marketing or distribution or sales. Wannabe distributors (insiders and investors) don't count. They aren't moving product. Sysco dumped the feesh long ago.

And just to be clear, no one believes in that unicorn - non-dilutive $30MM financing.
