Rzbern you claimed yourself of being the guardian angel of minority shareholders, many investors including me were following you because you told us you want to protect our investment from being taken over for cheap money. Then after you haven’t got enough votes you declared that you have sold out and since then you were constantly downtalking PetroRio’s assets, by doing that you were/are playing right into those hands who want to make a cheap takeover and those who plan to convert their debentures into as much as possible shares. (note: there is a one year lock-up period, where investors will not be allowed to trade shares resulting from conversion, I do not expect many investors to take that risk!!). If all PetroRio’s assets aren’t worth anything as you say, what were you fighting for in 2013/14? You often accuse bullish investors of working for HRT, in fact without noticing you were/are working for those who might plan to do a cheap takeover. PetroRio has ~R$600 million in cash, ~30,000boe production per day (when approved by ANP) versus Market Cap of a ridiculous R$134 million and still you celebrate and agree every time it moves lower...
