The reality is that the JV has raised millions, that they have very serious people on their board of advisors and that BAYP is involved in a major way.
The audit will reveal much more and by then the stock will be over .02.
It is clear that the JV and its people own no shares and the float is very small.

BAYP will shine in 2015.
