This company has $7,793 in total current assets, $646,215 in current liabilities, their largest long term investments is in a development stage company on the TSX.v and some securities so the company will be exposed to potential losses if the price of the long-term investment it hold decreases. With this kind of fundamental, I would not take advice from them. With a float that you can own entirely for $200k and a very low trading volume average, this transaction could be very risky.
