Well according to Dan he is from "long ago" However as far as I can tell "long ago" was at the closing of business today. He is a current director so "long ago" seems a bit of an overstatement.

As far as Spence Stewart try looking for J Spence Stewart. He is an attorney and director(owner?) of Sierra Gold Corp which is a P&D from 2009-2012 Currently .0001/ no bid.
Coincidental that his P&D and Scotts P&D along with Nio Star were all done at the same time?
