Here is a company that has said that it was doing a r/s. This with in just a few months of a previous reverse....last I checked otc they reported only 29 million shares out and its been a while since I looked....they may have corrected it..so what is the truth?....now what I think doesn't matter as its only opinion but that said I have no reason to believe anything they say.
