Yet absolutely nothing about the actual company, CEO or anything. That's all about Dwayne Bigalow as was already heavily discussed and resolved

This again as already discussed has nothing to do with the company.

SMCE is a victim of circumstances for buying the shell many years ago from Bigalow and Bigalow had shares. Did some illegal promos misleading investors. Etc

But no where in that article actually mentions the CEO or actual company having any wrongdoing
