hi everyone, been reading the forum since December of 2014 but I finally decided to register today. like most I am a bit nervous with management especially the increase of A/S and the delay of the 10-k and 10-q

I really hope we get some explanation on what is going on and finally see the revised 10-k and 1st qtr report soon (tomorrow morning???)

I have been lowring my average on weekly basis but didn't buy any shares in the last week because I don't like what I see.

Not sure what everyone has in their account as far as shares but today's volume is about a quarter of my total shares which also make me nervous...

Was looking forward for a run that possibly take us to 1 cent or around there, but with every day that passes by I get the feeling Dror and Yaniv are screwing with all of us...

Didn't sell a single share when everyone panicked last week but if the revised report is worse then what I expect I am out of here...
