The discussion is the FLOAT and if any shares have been sold into the float since at least 3/31 which is before he downward trend to these prices.

Since the float was the exact same on 3/31 as today and on 3/31 we traded as high as .97 then that means that nothing about the float or the company has attributed to these prices.
