It's not an opinion but a verifiable fact backed by documents and the TA that the FLOAT remains exactly the same as it did on 3/31

Issuing shares is not diluting the float. Issuing shares means that a year from now- we can say that these shares are being diluted into the float.

But there's absolutely no immediate effect or near future effect on the float

We can go around in circles making donuts on this topic but if the float remains exactly the same each and every day since AT LEAST 3/31 (that date is used Bc the filing shows as of 3/31- it wasn't chosen out of thin air) then that means no new shares have entered the float nor have been for at least 2 months.

The share price on 3/31 was .97. This gives a great idea of how easy it is to get to this price again considering that no new shares are effecting the tradable float.
