HRG Group, Inc. owns 34,240,889 SPB shares (5/20/15)

Controls 57.5 percent.

HRG acquired 3,045,945 Shares in the Issuer’s registered public offering which closed on May 20, 2015 at a price of $92.50 per Share, which was equal to the price to the public per Share in the offering.
