It's great that Viper has another chance at securing a large contract! Hopefully this gets released as a PR tomorrow- it sure reads like one. I'm really interested in the LOI because it should be the final step before closing a deal, but we heard about this in the Company News back in January (I don't think it was ever mentioned in a PR) and I guess it will take a while longer to hopefully finalize.

Anyone know how LOIs are generally received by the markets? I feel like the share price will only make a sustained run on news of a finalized contract, however, an LOI appears significant- even almost a guarantee that a large project will ensue.
